As long as customers have mobile phones from Mobile Operators partnered with ICBC and can send and receive short messages, they can enjoy ICBC Mobile Banking service. Customers can self-register Mobile Banking through www.icbc.com.cn or go to any ICBC Business Office to register.
Flow of Self-registering Mobile Banking:

　　凡在中国工商银行开立了储蓄账户、结算账户，并持有合作移动通信运营商（目前为中国移动通信集团公司和中国联合通信有限公司，以下称为合作单位）手机的个人客户均可申请使用手机银行（短信）。您可以登录工商银行中国网站，立即自助注册手机银行，亦可到工商银行营业网点办理注册手续。

Notes:
1.If there is no confirmation message for a long time after you have registered Mobile Banking, customers of China Mobile can activate the function by sending "JH" to 777795588. You can verify if you have registered Mobile Banking (Short Messages) successfully with this function.

　　1. 若您在注册手机银行后，长时间没有确认信息返回，移动用户可使用激活功能，即发送“JH”到95588，通过这一功能可以核实您的手机银行（短信）是否已经注册成功。

2. Mobile Banking customers registered through self-service can only make enquiry or donation.
