2. Customer can sign several "Rollover" Account Services Agreements. Signed "Rollover" account and "Schedule Transfer" account cannot be signed repeatedly, however.

3. Funds subscribed through "Rollover" account must be selected from ICBC-approved open-end funds. One "Rollover" Account Services Agreement can only select one open-end fund.

4. Funds automatically subscribed or redeemed through "Rollover" account services follows the principle of trading open-end funds - "unknown price" and "subscribe by amount, redeem in numbers", same as in normal subscription. Customer is entitled to receive a dividend distributed either by usual payout, or through the method applied. Money Market Fund, Short-term Debt Fund specified in "Rollover" account services are fund shares which should be automatically redeemed at 1 Yuan of unit net worth.
4. 通过“利添利”账户理财业务自动申购、自动赎回的基金交易遵循“未知价”和“金额申购、数量赎回”的开放式基金交易原则,且与正常的基金申购业务相同,客户享受基金分红等权益,可选择基金默认的分红方式,或申请分红方式变更。“利添利”账户理财业务指定的货币市场基金、短债基金均按单位净值为1.00元计算应自动赎回的基金份额。
5. ICBC does not offer research and advice on funds to invest. Customers gain profit or suffer loss on their own. Customers subscribe or redeem funds through "Rollover" account services must read carefully and follow Fund Contract and Fund Manager's latest announcement to understand the rules and regulations related to the selected fund (including but not limited to minimum subscription, minimum redemption, trade class difference). Customer should fully aware of the risk involved and the latest disclosed announcement of each fund.
5. 我行不参与有关投资的分析、选择等事项,因投资产生的收益由客户享有;因投资基金发生的亏损由客户承担。客户通过“利添利”账户理财业务申购、赎回基金须遵循各基金《基金合同》、相关理财产品的《产品说明书》以及管理人发布的最新业务公告。客户应认真阅读《基金合同》、《产品说明书》以及管理人发布的最新业务公告,了解所选产品有关业务规则(包括但不限于最低申购金额、最低赎回金额、交易级差等);客户应关注各产品的风险提示及最新信息披露公告。
6. If the "Rollover" Account (Elite Club Account Card, Peony Money Link Card • e-age, Peony Money Link Card or passbook of current deposit) specified by customer is lost or damaged, replace a new card (passbook) under ICBC regulations. ICBC will issue new card (passbook) to replace Elite Club Account Card, Peony Money Link Card • e-age, Peony Money Link Card or passbook of current deposit under the Agreement. "Rollover" agreement can be terminated by this newly replaced card (passbook). Customer can apply to ICBC to replace the lost or damaged "Rollover" agreement. ICBC is not liable for inability to make automatic subscription or redemption if "Rollover" account is reported to be lost, locked-up, cancelled or fund shares in customer's TA account is not enough.
6. 客户指定的“利添利”账户(理财金账户卡、牡丹灵通卡•e时代卡、牡丹灵通卡或活期存折)遗失、损坏后,应按照我行的有关规定向营业机构申请更换新卡(折),我行可为客户将协议对应的理财金账户卡、牡丹灵通卡•e时代卡、牡丹灵通卡或活期存折更换为新卡(折),客户终止协议时,凭更换后的新卡(折)和本协议办理协议终止,客户如遗失、损坏本协议,可向我行提出申请,由我行为其补制。当“利添利”账户发生被挂失、冻结、销户或客户基金TA账户中的基金份额不足等情形,导致我行不能正常为客户办理基金自动申购或自动赎回业务的,我行不承担责任。
7. If the "Schedule Transfer" Account (Elite Club Account Card, Peony Money Link Card • e-age, Peony Money Link Card or passbook of current deposit) specified by customer is lost or damaged, replace a new card (passbook) under ICBC regulations. ICBC will issue new card (passbook) to replace Elite Club Account Card, Peony Money Link Card • e-age, Peony Money Link Card or passbook of current deposit under the "Schedule Transfer" Account. ICBC is not liable for the inability to provide services if the "Schedule Transfer" Account is cancelled, or the status of the account is abnormal (reported to be lost, locked-up) or insufficient balance.
7. 客户指定的“协定转账”账户(理财金账户卡、牡丹灵通卡•e时代卡、牡丹灵通卡或活期存折)遗失、损坏后,应按照我行的有关规定向营业机构申请更换新卡(折),我行可为客户将“协定转账”账户对应的理财金账户卡、牡丹灵通卡•e时代卡、牡丹灵通卡或活期存折更换为新卡(折)。如因客户指定的“协定转账”账户已销户或账户状态不正常(挂失、冻结)、余额不足等原因,导致我行无法提供服务的,我行不承担违约责任。
