☆ Introduction
A security investment fund that offering varies when selling shares to investor and buying back shares when investors wish to sell. Investor can freely buy and sell open-ended funds at ICBC business office on the required date. Open-ended funds is applicable in Peoples' Republic of China and currently accepts trading in RMB only.

1. Investor
A person invests in fund, and is the owner of fund asset and beneficiary of investment return from fund. Fund investor should be natural person or legal person in Peoples' Republic of China (except those being forbidden by laws, regulations and rules).
　　开放式基金业务主体包括：
　　1. 投资人：基金投资人是基金出资人，基金资产所有者和基金投资收益受益人。基金投资人应为中华人民共和国境内的自然人和法人(法律、法规及有关规定禁止购买者除外)。

2. Manager
An agency that professionally engaged in management and investment of fund asset.
2. 管理人：基金管理人是专业从事基金资产管理的机构，基金管理人负责基金资产投资运作。

3. Custodian
Usually professional financial agency such as commercial bank with certain conditions，responsible for keeping fund asset safe.
　　3. 托管人：基金托管人通常由具备一定条件的商业银行等专业性金融机构担任，负责保管基金资产。

4. Sales agency
Except direct sales by fund manager, sales of fund can also be made by commercial bank or other agency approved by regulatory commission.

5. Registering Agency
An agency for registration, responsible for opening and management of investors' fund unit account, registration of fund units, confirmation of fund trades, distribution of bonus, building up and keeping a roll of investors.
