☆ Operation Guide
1. When applying for "Gold Expert" service, specify or open a new multi-currency current account as the settlement account to reflect bank balances during trading. When applying for trading gold (ounce)/USD under personal account, specify or open a new multi-currency current account as the settlement account. When applying for trading gold (gram)/RMB, specify or open a new basic account under Peony Money Link Card (or Elite Club Account Card, Peony Money Link Card•e-ages )the bank account. Domestic individuals and those from abroad holding their valid ID document and legitimate funds (RMB or USD) are all eligible to apply for this service.

　　1. 您在我行办理“金行家”业务，须指定或新开立一个多币种活期基本户作为资金结算账户，反映您在账户黄金买卖过程中的资金变动情况。您在我行申请办理个人账户黄金（盎司）/美元买卖业务，可指定或新开立一个多币种活期基本户作为资金结算账户。申请办理个人账户黄金(克)/人民币买卖业务，可指定或新开立一个牡丹灵通卡（或理财金账户卡、牡丹灵通卡e时代）的基本账户作为个人账户黄金买卖的资金账户。凡持有本人有效身份证件的境内外个人，均可凭其合法拥有的资金（人民币或美元）在我行办理个人账户黄金买卖业务。

2. Initial Trading Amount and Minimum Measure Unit
Starting amount of each trading in gold (gram)/RMB is 10 gm, and minimum unit is 1 gram. Starting amount of each trading in gold (ounce)/USD is 0.1 ounce, and minimum unit is 0.01 ounce.

　　黄金（克）/人民币买卖业务每笔交易起点金额为10克黄金，交易最小计量单位为1克；黄金（盎司）/美元买卖业务每笔交易起点金额为0.1盎司黄金，交易最小计量单位为0.01盎司。

3. Trading Hour
Trading hour for immediate trade and order placing at the Counter is Monday to Friday during ICBC business office working hours. Trading hours for immediate trade and order placing through Telephone Banking, Internet Banking, Self-Service Terminal is 24 hours, without interval, from Monday 7:00 AM till Saturday 4:00 AM (to see local ICBC’s regulation for detail hours). Notice will be announced at ICBC business office Counter, Telephone Banking, and Internet Banking in case of public holiday or special occasions.

　　您通过柜面进行账户黄金买卖业务的即时交易、委托交易时间为周一至周五我行营业网点的营业时间；您通过电话银行、网上银行、自助终端等离柜形式办理账户黄金买卖业务的即时交易、委托交易时间为周一早七点至周六凌晨四点（具体交易时间以当地工行实际规定为准），期间实行24小时不间断。如遇我国公共假日或其他特殊情况，我行将在柜台网点、电话银行、网上银行发布通知。

4. Quotes
Buying/Selling price of gold (gram)/RMB is quoted following international gold prices (USD/Ounce) at USD/RMB middle cross-rate. with pips spread added to or subtracted from Currency code of gold (gram) is 901, abbreviated in English as AUG.
Buying/Selling price of gold (ounce)/USD is quoted by referencing international gold prices (USD/Ounce) with pips spread added to or subtracted from. Currency code of gold (ounce) is 801, abbreviated in English as XAU.
Quotes of gold (ounce)/USD is the same either in F/X or in cash.

　　黄金（克）/人民币买卖报价根据国际市场金价（美元/盎司）及美元/人民币中间价套算并加减相应点差制定。黄金（克）的币种代码为901，英文缩写AUG。

5. Ways to trade
Two ways: Immediate execution and placing order. The order placed includes profit-making order, stop-loss order or two-way order. Order not closed can be cancelled during effective period. Immediate trading, order placing, price enquiry, account enquiry and details enquiry can be done at the Counter or through Telephone Banking and Internet Banking. Immediate trading, price enquiry and account enquiry can be done at self-service terminal.

我行账户黄金买卖方式包括即时交易和委托交易，委托交易类型包括获利委托、止损委托和双向委托。在委托有效期内，您还可以撤销未成交的委托交易。您通过柜面、电话银行和网上银行可以进行账户金的即时交易，委托交易，价格查询，账户查询和明细查询；通过自助终端可以进行账户金的即时交易，价格查询和账户查询。

Bank balance should be enough to settle the gold bought through immediate trading or order placed. So dose the gold balance. Otherwise your request or order will be void.

Placing order is a relationship established between you and ICBC to trade at a price agreed, and to close the order when the spot price reaching the price of the order. There are 3 types of orders: profit-making order, stop-loss order and two-way order. Price of order includes profit-making order price and stop-loss order price.
　　委托交易是指您与银行订立的一种委托黄金买卖关系，根据约定的委托价格进行黄金买卖，在即时价格达到委托价格时而进行成交的一笔黄金买卖。委托交易包括获利委托、止损委托和双向委托三种，委托价格分为获利委托价格和止损委托价格两种。

Profit-making Order: An order placed to get more income than that got from closing at the existing price. A profit-making order price has to be set during trading.
　　（1）获利委托：您为了获得更好的收益，订立的一种委托，使之在成交时带来的收益比当前价格成交大，交易时需设定获利委托价格；

Stop-loss order: An order placed to avoid more loss from price fluctuation. Income from closing the order will be less than that in current. A stop-order price has to be set during trading.
　　（2）止损委托：您为了避免价格波动带来更大的损失，订立的一种委托，使之在成交时带来的收益比当前略小，交易时需设定止损委托价格；

Two-way order: Place an order with both profit-making and stop-loss. When one of the orders closes, another automatically becomes void. Profit-making order price and stop-order price have to be set during trading.

　　（3）双向委托：您订立一笔委托，同时含有获利和止损，在一方委托成交后，另一方自动作废，交易时需设定获利委托价格和止损委托价格。

When placing order, ICBC must freeze the respective amount in your bank account and gold in your gold account. Frozen amount and gold will be released after the order is closed, cancelled by yourself or void automatically.
当您通过委托交易方式进行账户黄金买卖时，我行须冻结您资金账户中相应的资金数量或黄金账户中相应的黄金数量。冻结于委托交易成交、您撤销委托或委托自动失效后解除。

After an order is accepted, no immediate trading, order, withdrawal or transfer on the frozen amount and gold till they are released.
您交易委托被接受后，您不能对被冻结资金或被冻结黄金办理即时交易、委托交易、取现、转账等业务，直至冻结解除。

Orders hold valid for 24-120 hours. Validity period of order can be set in integral multiple of 24 hours. Orders not closed within validity period will be automatically void and can be cancelled during that period.
